Haven’t seen it yet? Better rush to the nearest cinema and grab your ticket and watch Chinese Zodiac. It’s Jackie Chan, people. Thee Jackie Chan. What could you expect?! All movies of him are the greatest.

            Last Sunday, February 3, 2013 my family and I watch the long awaited Chinese Zodiac of Jackie Chan. What were our expectations…? Well, it hit the greatest expectations of what we could possibly expect. What can I say, it’s Jackie Chan’s movie anyway. Woot! Woot!

            What are more interesting are the characters, never in my thoughts came across of seeing Kwon Sang Woo, he is one of JC (Jackie Chan’s colleague) named Simon. I really can’t believe when he came on the scene. “Yes, it’s Sang Woo, Song-joo of Stairway to Heaven. Kyaa!” I’m trying so hard to squeal too loud.

Okay, so back to the movie.

So the movie is of course about the 12 Chinese Zodiac Symbols, and the history of the 12 symbols. The main event of the movie is when finally JC is visibly seen on the scene. His entrance was sooooooo cool. I mean if I could get those rollers I will surely keep it. The stunts and everything are just too grand to take. None of the since are dull. I just hope that it lasted forever.

I can only say that much for the movie. My favorite part? Oh… yes, yes. I almost forgot. ALL OF IT! Every part is my favorite!

Now, let’s talk about the cinema. As we get inside I was amazed by the crowd, we almost run out of seats, thank goodness there are 6 vacant chairs at the very last row (beside the operating booth) of the cinema. Before the movie starts, group of people are continuously coming, until the last seat was taken. Right after the movie, when we are about to leave the cinema, there is a snake line of people outside and one by one and group by group, they were coming in--excited to watch the same movie.

We rate the movie as 12 thumbs up!!! Woot! Woot! If it were release on DVD’s we will surely buy it without hesitations. My Mum is a diehard fan of Jackie Chan, since Drunken Master days. I just also become a fan after watching his past films, like High Risk, Rush Hour (1, 2&3), many to mention.

In the End...

          We live in a world full of pressures, expectations and discrimination.  We always strive to survive, sometimes, to be someone they want us to be and sometimes we stepped on others to be on top. But at the end of the day, we reflect and ask, "Am I being fair?” fair to others, fair to someone we love and lastly fair to ourselves. Those questions are sometimes hard to answer when you know to yourself that you are not doing what you must do. Be fair to yourself before you become fair to everyone.

            People tend to judge you but do they really know what are you going through?  Do they even look inside you and saw you slowly tearing apart? They don't; most of them only look at the surface, what they see is what they think you are, but what they don't know is what you really are. In life, we chose what would benefit us the most, what is convenient to us and what will make us happy. That is what I sometimes do. I think that what I am doing will not harm anyone around me, I chose it because I want others think that I am more than okay and that no one will  have to worry of what I have been going through.

            Nowadays, a man who is caring, thoughtful and loving is not that rampant. We are seeking for someone so romantic and so sweet that would make us feel that we are the only person in this world and that we are their life. Of course, we are living in the generation of technology and saying "I Love You" is as simple as saying "Hello." It makes me sad to think that, "I Love You" loses its meaning, its real thought.

            I realized that life is really too short to take things for granted. If you can make or say it today, do your best to do it without hesitations, without expectations and without knowing what would happen. Life itself is a gift that we should live for what we can do best, for what we think we do best and for what we have to share to others. Life is not simply living what is lacking, but completing the missing blanks to make us a better person. Challenges will make us fall but we always have the option to stand tall and prove them that we can be someone they don't expect us to be or maybe surpass their expectations.

            Past will always be there and it's not a problem that we sometimes look for it to continue learning and never do the same mistakes again. Past is our guide to live in the future, our teacher to make our mistakes correct and to never fail again.

            Lastly time is everyone’s enemy. It will make you frown when this is not yet the right time or make you surprise in an unexpected time span and will make you regret when time passes you by. Time is precious, if you manage it properly, time will pay off somehow. You will be given all the time you can have in this world, what your duty is, to manage it correctly.

So, how was it today? Well, if you ask, the whole day is more than fine. J

It’s Kang-In~oppa’s Birthday by the way. ELFs know him. J

            What really is this post about? Too impatient… This is about my fantasy again; a dream about Super Junior, fangirling mode again so bare with me. J

Here it goes.

            I was actually with my two girl friends, strolling at some resort mall (I guess) and there, out of nowhere Heechul came, shopping for something, so we squeal to death since he is so handsome and looks very masculine. Right there I was left alone because my friends thought that if Heechul was there then the rest might be around somewhere, so we separated, and I being left out with Heechul on the scene. I started stalking him (fangirl’s job: stalking their idols), it’s my chance to see him that close (a stall apart) then I saw these SUJU merchandise shelves (full of posters and other item’s), I didn’t know I was thinking aloud saying, “Are these legal? They are making money out of SJ.”

            Then he noticed, “It’s not, for the sake of your question.” And so I look at him, actually stare at him. He was wearing this sweatshirt and red skinny jeans. I can’t even utter a word after I heard him, “Is he really talking to me?” I thought aloud and again. Then fans noticed him, so we ran together, I didn’t know why but I was actually running with him until we get into a store full of fragrance, I was then distracted to a sweet yet manly smell, then I realize it was him. He was so close that I almost want to hug him. Old couple came and asked us what would be the best fragrance we could offer them (they thought we were the owner of the store). “I’m sorry, but we are also guests’ here.” he said with formality and bought a bottle of whatsoever perfume he randomly grab. Then I followed him to wherever he goes and reach a park type place. I was looking around the place, wondering where would be my friends at this time or if they found the rest.

            “Are you all right? Or are you lost?” with his one brow up. I thought he was pissed so I just walked far from him, seat into a gazebo and there I was trying to reach for my friends, then someone seats beside and patted my head. “Don’t worry. This place is ours. You can’t be lost as long as you’re with the owner.” It was Heechul, with his famous smirk. Then I was thinking, why we are running from everyone. Out of the blue I just wanted to touch his hair, to prove that it is really healthy (Ahahahaha. Weird.) But he never let me but I insist on touching it. His black and soft hair, brush to my finger tips. I feel glad inside (touching an idols hair, one of the best things I could ever experience). Then his hands touched mine to flick it. “Too naughty.”

            We then laugh and talk about nonsense. He is kind-hearted, more like a husband material, and a best friend at the same time. Then Eunhyuk’s parents came with their grandchild, who happens to be Hyuk’s replica. Heechul told me to great them, so we did. I was amazed by Hyuk’s baby, so I ask the elder’s if I can carry the baby and they let me. Heechul looks at me smiling and then talked to Hyuk’s umma. Hyuk’s appa is sharing childhood stories about Hyuk and his wife. Then Eunhyuk came, just a moment after he came, his wife followed. His wife looks familiar, so then I realized that girl was my sister. But she didn’t realize. Then my alarm rings. End of my fantasy.

            I told my sister about it and we were spazzing about SJ again. :”>

The Other Side of the Story

            There is this girl who is now famous in YouTube (not just in YT also in other media means) not because of her talent but, her yelling the lady guard. Actually, I really don’t care about the issue, besides it doesn’t affect me and I should have stayed that way. But I choose not to. I am not saying that I am affected and I am trying to be famous here, but I pity her. Is it fun to laugh at someone’s fault? I’m not saying I never did that before, but now that I am educating and continue on learning, I realized that some people look only to what they want to see. It’s unfair for those people who are being the laughing stock.

            I am not saying that I was on her side, but have you heard the other story or the other side of the picture? No one did bother looking and listening to the other side, right? Because some people believe that, “What they SEE is what they GET!” It’s pathetic! I can’t believe people nowadays are still leaving in the past. With all the technology and all the development of the world, they are still stock in the old age. I thought having these technologies will make us smarter, well I guess that’s not the case here. I am not saying people are becoming dumber than ever, but how some people act look like it.

            I am a human right conscious, and I don’t like people with minute minds. I am very open-minded, so I always want to hear and look at the other picture of every story, of every issue. I make sure I don’t have biases. It may sound odd to those people who love to judge and those who always like to call names to people, well, I am not and I will still stand for it. If others don’t care about what other people’s feel, let me tell you, I DO CARE.

            I am always saying that before you could judge someone try to fill his/her shoes first. There is nothing wrong by making assumptions but sometimes, what you think your assumption is was right and you spread the wrong idea. What if she was right? What if she was really provoked by that lady guard? See, no one will know because no one cares to listen. Some guards are hitting us below the belt. I know that, I have experienced it.

            Think about it. We differ on how we carry the situations in our life. Some take it light. But some, just can’t, especially if you are not use to the action taken by others to you. Even I would get angry if I am in her position and if the lady guard really did something that would really affect me.

            I am just saying what’s on my mind, accept it or not, I don’t care. All I am trying to say is, we cannot just stick to being one-sided, even in love we want it both ways to meet us halfway.

Privacy

            We are all humans with the right to express, vote, interact, to showcase our talents, to be famous, to be happy and above all, to love. We cannot dictate someone’s heart to not love or to love only what we think he/she can love. They have their own thoughts on how and who to love. What we can do for them is just support and advice them properly, but we are not allowed to command them to whoever they choose to be with.

            I’m writing this post for each and everyone to read what my insights are about idols that are dating. I don’t have biases in this particular issue, we are all humans, commits mistakes, get dumb and sometimes we do silly things that other people cannot understand. We have this particular time in our life that we have to take a break and escape from all the pressure in this world. To run from expectations towards us and to be back to whom we really are. To lock ourselves in a world we created where we are the powerful ones; who has the ability to redo everything, to change a particular event in our life and to make it more efficient to us.  We all have those certain period of time which we really do sort of things.

            Even an average individual needs his privacy. We don’t want to be exposed to anyone at any rate, but sometimes we cannot avoid those situations which will make us transparent. Being private is not as simple as being secretive, though it may count, but we want to be private because we want something to remind us who we left off to be able to reach the particular achievements in our life. Our personal life is an example of private information; a simple name is enough for everyone to call you but not to know you. We want our personal life to be private because we are afraid that we might get hurt from the insensitivity of the world. We want to at least have our life where we can be us.

            If idols are dating, and as fans, sometimes we get hurt knowing who they were dating, then why torture yourself by updating about it? You know that it hurts you and still you continue on upsetting yourself. Idols are just personalities, they are no gods and goddesses, they can date who they like to, they can be silly as an average person too and lastly, they also want privacy. The fact that they want to keep their partner's identity unrevealed is to protect them; to protect their love ones and also to protect their fans. The way they keep it unannounced means they don’t want others, especially fans, to get hurt, to feel abandon and to feel betrayed. I don’t understand why we need to make the issue a big deal.

            If you are an average person needs space for his/her own reason, then why can’t an idol do that? I know, they are entertainers and such, but would you be happy if you have no privacy? If only they have a choice and reset everything, they will surely want to be someone who can love freely without harmful comments and rumors. A person gets angry while hearing a rumor regarding him/her, and then Idols can be angry too. You just have to be open-minded. And sometimes you need to wear someone’s shoes to understand how it feels to be him/her.
